An illustrator since childhood, Sunny saw architecture as a natural extension of his lifelong passion for the arts. After college, Sunny interned at Zinni Design in San Francisco, working on residential projects throughout California. Sunny’s human-centered approach to design is primarily concerned with creating accessible and habitable spaces. A music hobbyist, Sunny enjoys creating hip-hop beats and has cultivated an almost second-nature understanding of musical scaffolding, rhythm, and the details that bring a track to life. This passion informs Sunny’s architectural practice and his commitment to fine-tuning a design so all elements–structure, form, and materiality–work in concert to create spaces that are compelling, comfortable, and harmonious. Sunny earned his Bachelor of Arts from UC Berkeley and is pursuing his architecture license.
