Set within The Cairns, a dynamic 1,100-acre mixed-use development in Sandy, Utah, this new workplace brings Mountain America Credit Union’s headquarters to a prominent site near Interstate 15. Inspired by the cairn, a symbol of guidance and connection, the building reflects its surroundings with a glass façade that mirrors the Wasatch Mountains and Cottonwood Canyon.

Aluminum fins evoke geological strata, lending depth and texture to the design while enhancing energy efficiency. Adjacent to civic and cultural hubs, including Sandy City Hall and the Hale Centre Theater, the headquarters anchors a pedestrian-friendly district that unites urban vibrancy with mountain views.
