Evelyn Avenue Workplace redefines a 1980s suburban campus, replacing decorative hedges, lawns, and twisting concrete paths with a central street that links plazas, shaded walkways, and outdoor gathering spaces. A copper-trellis entry plaza replaces a former parking lot, creating the campus’s largest gathering space and framing a welcoming arrival. The ziggurat-shaped buildings have been modernized with large openings and terraces to enhance access to daylight, views, and fresh air. The redesign reduces water use, improves energy efficiency, and triples the tree canopy, transforming a car-dominated site into a vibrant, walkable, indoor/outdoor campus.
