Ameswell Mountain View transforms two neglected parcels—a former city service yard and an abandoned off-ramp—into a vibrant live-work neighborhood. Anchored by a public lawn and connected to the Stevens Creek Trail, the development features the Google-leased Ameswell Mountain office building, the 255-room Ameswell Hotel, and a parking structure positioned at the site’s perimeter to maximize open space. Designed with Mountain View’s Precise Plan in mind, the project restores riparian habitats, integrates over 350 native trees, and incorporates photovoltaic panels to support environmental sustainability. Public spaces and pathways foster community connections while enhancing access to nature and recreational opportunities.
