Silicon Valley Campus Earns Living Building Challenge Water, Beauty, and Equity Petals

Silicon Valley Campus recently achieved the International Living Future Institute’s Living Building Challenge Water, Beauty, and Equity Petals — a rigorous certification requiring 12 months of performance data for water and energy usage. The data we captured over the span of a year shows how the project captures more water for reuse than the demand requires annually. The campus is in the top ten largest projects certified by Living Future in the world.

The project has also earned the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) WELL Certification Platinum for healthy building strategies and the International Living Future Institute (ILFI) Zero Carbon Certification. It is an AIA COTE® (Committee on the Environment) 2021Top Ten winner
