Set on 7.5 acres of a larger 71-acre property, this first-of-its-kind coffee farm and distillery offers a Napa Valley-inspired experience rooted in Hawai‘i’s coffee heritage. Visitors are welcomed by rows of coffee trees, leading to landscaped pathways and a tasting room overlooking the coastline. Locally sourced coffee is processed onsite, complemented by fine spirits crafted in a micro-distillery. The facility repurposes existing materials, including ‘ohi‘a tree columns, while the steel frame building’s charred wood façade evokes Big Island lava fields. Solar panels, local wood interiors, and intimate spaces for tasting and observation integrate sustainability with an authentic, sensory journey.
