Terra Wegner is a San Francisco-based architect and senior associate at WRNS Studio with over sixteen years of experience in architecture and urban design. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon and built her early career on complex institutional work in Philadelphia, including higher education projects and the adaptive reuse of historic buildings. Since joining WRNS a decade ago, her practice has deepened around civic, educational, and community-focused work. At the center of that work is a sustained interest in how scale, materiality, and threshold shape whether people feel healthy, safe, and at ease in the places they inhabit. She approaches architecture as a discipline of craft that is grounded in both thinking and making, and brings that same attention to the social and political forces that shape the built environment.
